1. Service Description

TreeRemovalHub is a directory service only. We connect homeowners with tree service providers. We do not provide tree services or employ providers.

2. For Homeowners

• Directory is free to search and use
• Contact providers directly
• Verify provider credentials before hiring
• We are not responsible for work quality or disputes

3. For Service Providers

Subscription Terms: Monthly subscription with a 1-year commitment. Cancel anytime with no penalty—subscription remains active until the current billing period ends.

• Monthly subscription billed via Stripe
• Cancel anytime via Stripe billing portal
• Listing remains active until billing period ends
• We reserve the right to remove listings

4. No Employment Relationship

Providers are independent businesses. TreeRemovalHub does not endorse, employ, or guarantee any provider listed in our directory.

5. Limitation of Liability

TreeRemovalHub is not liable for services performed by providers, work quality, or disputes between users and providers. Use of this directory is at your own risk.

6. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
